I never understood the purchase of MV Agusta - such a complete contrast to HD.

+1 Jeff.
Looks like HD has done serious damage to yet another Italian bike manufacturer. If I had the shekels, there'd be an F4 Senna in my garage. Talk about attention to detail. WHEW!

From what i heard Harley got MV to have access to the dealer network in europe. they had little interest in the technology or the brand itself.

Buy yourself a Triumph guys, plenty of Kawsaki technology there and also made in the UK (F*ck all else is made here these days!)
I would guess that the falling pound sterling makes it cheaper for you to buy a Brit bike.

too bad with buell and harley, buell had a couple models with rotax engines that were decent looking rides, even S&S Cycle are falling on hard times now, the factory is just a few miles away from me, Friend of mine that works there is a technical advisor and says they had to take on outside machining jobs to keep the people working and company afloat, they machine pulleys now for compound hunting bows, i think matthews

That looks like something between a Ducati Monster and a KTM Duke. There is no way thats a harley. Not enough electronics are rubber mount isolated to be a harley.
