Not crashing or getting stung when a yellowjacket blew up my shorts while going 60 mph on a curvy road. Stopping involved judicious braking while standing up and a rather amusing (to others) dance once dismounted from bike. Need I say that was the last time I wore shorts while riding? Ed

Milwaukee to Seattle in 36 hours and pulling a Honda out of a "literal" tank slapper at 80 mph.

Just getting a motorcycle at age 16 was for me the accomplishment of a lifetime. :)

Mine are kinda boring, but everyone kind of laughed at me when I said I was going to ride a GPZ1100 from CO to Maine when I was 21 yrs old, then the next year from CO to FL to Maine. By then they gave up on laughing, so eventually I did the 10,900 miles in 13 days on a KZ1000. I only got 2 weeks "vacation". My boss said "That's a vacation???" :)
321,000 miles on KZ's that I can remember. Not going to see any more.

I kept the bike rebuilt it 10 yrs later, but the whole time it sat in the garage I was riding my 100$ kz650. Maybe not dying was my accomplishment, not sure but I have a really cool vintage bike out of the whole deal.
