That's Brian Johnson in the near lane - I used to race against Brian back in the late 1970's. That was a VERY nicely turned out bike. The old 'Imperial Wizard' bike.

I forget the name of the person in the background. That was a VERY fast Triumph - that bike ran in the 10's...

that first picture you put up plummen is what i'll look like in about 5 month's minus the turbo but maybe with some giggle gas instead. i checked the compression on it the other day 275psi across the board if i can keep head gaskets in it she might have some potential the next thing i have to work on is an et reduction plan for myself 215lbs is too heavy to be fast. i'm putting it on the dyno in the next month so hopefully i can break 200 horse with some tweekin.

ol blue has been a favorite of mine for years!B) i think im going to build a small motor like a 1015 turbo first to work the bugs out of the new chassis/turbo combination to make sure i can get it to hook up and go straight.i might experiment with a little nitrous and the fuel injection on the small motor, that way if i melt something down its not a major amount of money lost in a big motor.ive got everything sitting here for the big one once everything else is sorted out though!   :evil:B) i wonder how much boost a 10.25:1 1015 can take before it breaks?
