KZ on eBay - with a story

This is pretty interesting. A cheap 650 for sale that the current owner just bought. Everyone involved has terrible feedback - these are people to avoid!! It makes for interesting conversation though!

It isn't pretty but it does have a title so it should be worth at least the opening bid. Still it looks much better than that blown up POS I looked at in Cleveland last summer and that doofus thought I was lowballing him at $100.00. Of course that was after we all had some fun filling his head full of BS.

Perhaps I shouldn't doubt a professional mechanic, but I'm having a hard time believing that two pistons are holed.

Same pics as original seller, stole original sellers text as well.

I don't understand the two holed pistons either, especially with the stock air box on it. I have seen a KZ650 hole two pistons, as a matter of fact I sold it to the guy that did it.

But I did tell him it was a real bad idea to cut the mufflers off and install velocity stacks without re-jetting the bike, not my fault he listened to his know-it-all buddies instead :D

That's got bogus listing written all over it:

Seller's payment instructions
My payment address is not correct, please email me for a correct address.
Exsqueeze me?

That little detail screams stolen bike and/or eBay account.

Lets see just how long that auction stays up know that I've reported it as suspiciously fraudulent looking listing/possibly stolen vehicle.

You mean you didn't buy that lil' cream puff, especially considering it was so rare and is sought after by collectors with deep pockets around the world? ;)

Yea, I thought about bidding too. It could end up going for a really reasonable price. A couple of used pistons, some gaskets and an afternoon in the garage and she's back up and running. The current seller paid $850 for it using "buy it now", so he will probably take a big loss on this one...

He now has 4 different bidders and it has hit $112.50. I initially thought that was the worst written ebay ad of all time but who knows maybe a couple of bottom feeders like me might might get into a bidding war and drive the price way up. I was kind of hoping Melvis might get it really cheap. And I have to agree I find it really difficult to believe it has two holed pistons.

Don't mean to hi-jack (but it's my thread, so that's OK anyway, isn't it:P :P ) but I'm not receiving emails for my subscribed posts. Anyone else having that problem? I check my profile and the email address is correct.
