heres the real story

typical little c***s too busy yapping on their cell phones hit a motorcyclist and refuse to stop because their too stuck up and special, mad motorcycleist follows them to get their insurance coverage/their asses in trouble, little c*** calls daddy convincing him that theres a big bad biker after them, they get home biker drives bye getting the adress, turns around to stop and have a chat with the man at the end of the driveway and daddy, who we now know is an afraid little P**** fires at the biker, killing him as he rides away in fear.

theres nothing i hate more than a P**** with a gun

well, there is now, a P**** with a gun that kills an innocent biker because he's afraid.

Definitely a BA "biker"....on a Ninja 250 !!!
How "threatening" is that ???
After first reading the story, I had images of some tatooed greasy long hair on some kind of HD chopper thing. Instead it turns out to be a 250 Ninja.
Hopefully dad goes away for a long time.

seems like this guy is a chronic a$$hole, sounds like the police will try to put him away for a bit. I hope his daughters are proud of what they did.

What a piece of work.
A team of deputies will try to reconstruct the alleged accident in the hope that they might determine whether it was the teenage daughters or the motorcyclist that initiated the contact. Berry said it’s unlikely, however, that a moving bike would go after a car. “It would be unusual for a motorcycle to ram a four wheel vehicle,” he said.
As for Gear’s self-defense claims, Berry also said he had doubts about that.
“I don’t know how you can legally shoot someone in the back on a motorcycle,” Berry said, “and then claim he was was trying to run you down.”

I think that pretty much says it all.

This whole thing kind of makes a person think twice about getting into any kind of a road rage incident. If there is some sort of incident and the other driver runs, it's probably best to give a plate number or vehicle description to the cops and let them find it.

Murphys corollary: Wrenching is the result of time spent riding.

The girls probably hit his bike while in the parking lot or shortly after then decided to take off. With mention of a collision and the biker following them home it just makes sense to me (but is pure speculation)

If that was the case however, I would think talking to their father would get the results needed (there tanned rear sections plus any damages paid).

Instead the nut job pulls a gun and pretends he is jessy james.

What a shame... and a waste.

I spoke with a guy at work who knew this kid. Apparently, he was hit by the girls and followed them trying to get them to pull over. He got their house number and took off when he saw the gun. He was a good kid, 19 I think, into comic books. No brushes with the law, no tickets. He had a younger brother who is devastated.
He only has his bike for a few weeks.
The Dad sounds like an a-hole. I hope he goes to prison for a long time, gets buggered, and then meets up with his victim's family the day he gets out.
