Thank you. Well the most ridiculous thing with my carb problems. As it appears that this float needle on the three carbs were not seated correctly and the points to them were needing a tad filing. and now snoopy is happy (the bike lol) so here is a video of him.

I have also changed the rear taillight (zx6) and both turn signals just for a temporary fix until I find something that will flow with the rest until I can get the right street fighter parts.
I did pick up some rear sets with brake master cylinder (used) I'm not sure what model I had taken them off of although I do know it's a 89 Kawasaki 600cc.

I might be wrong, but it looks like it consists of 1 headlamp lens and the rest is made from this...

I've been following the build of the 'fightered Kz650 on another site. The headlight is a V-Rod knock off in a custom mount. The engine is from a FJ1200. The rest of the bike is from other bikes or completely custom made by the owner.

yeah that was just a mock-up. I had to take the pic to get a better perspective. all and all I did flip it after taking that pic. here is what it looks like now. I'll be working on that light again later today. Having it more flush to the tip with the white hidden.

Often I had thought that the battery wasn't being charged or charging system was not. either way I would test that out and that wasn't the problem well my gut told me that there is a problem no matter how I had proved myself wrong. Guess what I broke down near my house. a wire had torn off on the rectifier.
has any one stumbled across a hi-power rec?

I replaced mine last year. Here's where to buy:
www.oregonmotorcycleparts.com/Products.html
Look under "5 & 6 wire Rectifiers." The KZ650-C1 uses:
R255a-KZ650
