all back together.....runs GREAT....no head or base gasket leaks..sounds like it should....cam end plugs leaking a little..cranked down h-cover bolts a little more...
will keep an eye on em...i m a happy man!!!...new coils and wires coming this week....that will be another weekend.....again, thanks to everyone for their advice, insight and info....

you have a supercharged bike and your not engine savy surley you must have changed a head gasket or two in your time with that monster.

chompin at the bit......carbs are at wg s place , should be back in 3 weeks or so, if he is on schedule.. meanwhile, fixed trip odometer (with a donor) that was missing and scuffed guage chrome, got
damper dialed in with a new fork clamp that gives full lock to lock, put on new flea-bay score rear shocks and springs, replaced old rec/reg system with new combo unit from z-1, grabbed new nos fuse box,
had a new nos pos lead,grabbed a used batt/wiring assy and put together the best of my old and new used....contact cleaner on everything and re-assembled..primary electrical should be good to go....
lots of little other things and a lot of cleaning..
c,mon spring.........
