Lower clamp. We welded on 6mm coupling nuts, I'll put bolts in there with a jam nut so I can adjust the steering lock.

Converting an old nitrous bottle to a puke tank. Machined some nipples on the lathe. They'll be cut and angled because they ain't sitting right yet.

Still september... got the motor back in the frame. I have to mount a new stator cover/stator and take the opportunity to take off the starter clutch. That will save a couple of pounds off the crank. I actually weighed this stuff I have numbers somewhere...
Edit: found it. The starter clutch weighs 1290 gr. That's almost three pounds off the crank.
