Here are pics of the projects as they sit at this moment.

First one (some of you may recognize this one) :)

GPzInfested's (my Nephew) 78 KZ650B

And his 79 KZ650SR with the 83 GPz750 motor.

My 80 KZ750E (just put the replacement motor in today).

My 79 KZ750B4 with 82 motor, hope to have it done today.

My twin 1980 KZ750G twins (not even started on them yet)
Can't see very much because they are still buried :D

And my parts rack, holding less than 25% of my spare parts :woohoo:

That rack is 10' long by 5' high

And a completed project that is now up for sale :)

Cool projects.

I recognize the first pic, but can't remember the specifics. What front and rear ends?
I like the solo seat too. I want to try something like that.

Hey Steell - Nice collection of toys.

Ya scooped me on sbjones' tricked out 650. Well, I was thinkin' about snagging it but I am glad it found a good home.

Say good riddance to that little loader and focus on the bikes. Used one of those (Bobcats?) last year for a backyard project. Ended up parking it and using two wheelbarrows to haul the ready-mix up the hill:(

So are you gonna stuff the 1000J into sbjones' old ride?

Nice collection. How much for the Bobcat? I need to re-gravel my driveway and could use a loader like that.

Yep, that's SBJones's former bike, he did the front and rear install, not us. And it's slated for the J motor with a 1105 kit. By the way, that thing felt so light I just had to put it on the scales, 300 lbs the way it sits in the pic :woohoo: I'm guessing near 425 lbs with the J motor and ready to ride.
I have already told my Nephew that he can't ride the KZ650 with the J motor in it until I ride it and verify it's reasonably safe, and he is already figuring out the frame reinforcement issues.

That BobCat will do the job, but the seatbelt is a requirement, otherwise it's likely to pitch you out on your nose. The big ones are a lot easier to operate, but I hauled this one home in the bed of my 1/2 ton pickup, like to see someone else try that with say, a Bobcat 863 or 873 :D

I think I'm going to ask $3000 for the BobCat, figure it ought to sell pretty fast at that price.

After I am done with it of course (couple more weeks maybe) :)

By the way fired up my 750 twin and the Nephew's KZ650/GPz750 tonight. The KZ650 has what I believe to be a Kerker with no baffle on it, painful on my ears, got a real "crack" to the exhaust note. It probably won't be as bad when it's outside. Had ignition problems we had to sort out, ended up installing a KZ750 ignition on it.

When I grow up I want a garage full of cool stuff like you Steell! Any chance you have some spare stuff you want to unload? Say like a set of mag wheels?

BTW super sweet projects.B)
77 KZ1000A1 - Under going a psuedo ELR overhaul
79 KE175 (gone)
81 KZ550A2 (gone)
81 KZ750E (gone)

Sure it looks OK now, but wait until I really make it pretty, with some chrome and paint and some new tires and grips and the wiring. Don't forget the gearing, and the LED's and, and, and....

I have a set of NOS Morris Mags that will fit the 1000, but I'd want a bunch for them :D

GPzInfested just returned from his first ride on the KZ/GPz, a short blast down the nearby County road. He was suitably impressed, had a big grin on his face when he returned :D

I heard him take off from a stop when he turned around at the crossroad 1 mile away.

He will probably post his thoughts in his thread, so I'll let him describe it :)
