Does anyone know of a source for the original Stanley turn signal flashers? Just bought a 5-pack of Wagner's but this is for a Z2 750 restoration and would like to maintain correctness. Even if no one ever sees it, ha.

That's the first thing I look at on a resto.  (After the S/N)

I was joking about the flasher.  Last resto I think I bought one from Kawasaki.  Next time I'm in the shop I'll check to see if I have any OEM ones.  For sure I have the rubber holder, but not positive I have a flasher.

I appreciate it Hardrock but i've plenty of holders and (used) flasher units already. I was looking for an NOS supplier. I would buy from the dealership but i'm betting this part like everything else old it's been superseded to a different color/design or manufacture. Just purchased an OEM new rear axle castle nut, completely different.   

Well if you're really nerdy....the plug wires are date coded!

Let's not forget about the oil pressure switch too, it's a sickness, i know..

I’m by far the final answer here but I have been looking for that a while now. Just all of the known online places without luck. If you have a working one you can clean it up. I used a stainless wire brush in my Dremel and it looks pretty good. I’d also like to find a source for the 12volt sticker that lives on the rubber holder. 

Matt, i've got trays of those flasher holders, many still retain that "sticker". I believe there were different fonts of print of the capacity thru early and late versions though. Like the solenoid sticker there were at least two variations in that red sticker placarded to the round portion. And Yes, i could clean-up some of those Stanley used ones but i'm looking for function as well. Those thermal bits were fine when they worked but don't want to chance it for what i'm doing, Jay Leno wouldn't like a crappy job, nor i, ha.
