There was a homemade rotor removal tool on ebay last week so I made one up. The one on ebay was too short. I made mine 36 inches long which allowed it to use the ground as a lever. Made removal/installation of the rotor a snap. It would have been better if a second person stood on the end of the tool while torqueing the bolt. Took about 15 minutes to make the tool....chris3

...and the picture of your home made tool is where? :D LOL
You know what they say. A picture is worth a thousand words.

I did the same thing fore a valve shim tool. Got a picture from ebay and made my own.

The ebay auction is 330267004408. I did the same as you, copied a pic off an ebay auction and made my own shim tool....chris3

Brake disc?
That magnetic thing inside the generator windings?

A "rotor" is Kawasaki speak for that magnet thingie in the altenator that has the starter clutch, that is another story, bolted to in J motors.....chris3
