Hi All,
My '80 KZ 750 has a couple electrical issues.

First: when running normally the two yellow turn signal indicators are 1/2 illuminated without the turn signals being tuned on! When I put on the high beams the turn signal indicators eluminate and the high beam indicatior elumintates. The hazards usually make the indicators blink as they should but today did not. The lights and signals all work. It is just the instrument panel indicators that are confiused.

Seconly: The voltage being supplied to the system and battery may be messed up. While cruising at about 3000 rpm the voltmeter indicates 11.25 volts if I tun on the high beams it dips to 9 volts. The horn brings it down from 11.25 to 9.5 approximatley.

During cruise the voltage indicator shows only a 11.25 volt charge (or discharge). With the key off the voltmeter shows a 9.25 volt discharge.

Can anyone tell me what I should check and look for and what type of tester to use?

Thanks in advance.
Josh
