I just got my speedo and tach back from Z-Resto, and they look awesome! Can't wait to get them back on the bike.

I noticed the rubber pieces around the instrument lights for the speedo and tach are worn out, and It doesn't look like they'll seal properly.

I called Z-1 Enterprises, but the parts are no longer made. I definitely don't want any moisture getting in to my newly-restored gauges.

What should I do?

Mine were like that too when I changed the bulbs. I just wrapped the sockets in electrical tape until it fit snug into the housing.

use some dielectric grease it will repel water and help seal the little cracks. you can also try saving the grommets with some silicone oil. if nothing else buy a chunk of rubber and carve it until it fits. good luck.;)
