Can anyone tell me if I would be able to use this light in place of the stock. It says that it is brighter than stock, but with same amount of power draw?

I can't really tell by your question, what bulb you are talking about. Sounds like this one though.
If you still have the stock style sealed beam headlamp, you will have to get a conversion kit like one of these.
Then you can replace the halegon with the one you are asking about.
I have found that the halogen gives off plenty of light though.
Ride safe.

I have a vetter windjammer SS fairing, and it is a 7" headlight. I put a halogen bulb in not too long ago, but It is just not bright enough. I will get it out to take a look at the wattage. Do you know if there is a 7" fit for this light?

if you click on the second link I gave you there is a 7 inch halogen conversion at the bottom of the page. It is a headlight that takes a seperate H4 bulb which is included. The first link is for a Xenon Boosted Halogen that will fit into that coversion housing.
All H4 bulbs are the same size and mounting system the only difference will be the bulb itself.
if you already have the h4 coversion you just need the h4 Xenon Boosted Halogen bulb.
