Guy I bought the bike from said that the wiring had been redone. NOT! it says on the paperwork that the wiring harness was bypassed. Is that a problem, should i be worried about this? Maybe that's the, or one of, reason why my turn signals arent working properly.

To me it would mean that the guy cut the original wires off the components and ran new wires to them. Yeah, if he didn't know what he was doing, that could be a problem.
