have check the wiring between the coils and the igniter ,coils are working and was wondering if the igniter pack could cause the problem in only the two to not get spark?

If you know for sure it's 1 and 5, maybe try swapping coils around and see if the problem follows the coil.

Don't 1 and 6 go to the same coil? I always thought it was 1,6 2,5 and 3,4 that shared coils.

Alright, so the problem is on 1 and 6, and you swapped coils and the problem stayed on 1 and 6. That means it's most likely the igniter, but could also be the pickup on the crank. Can you ohm-out the pickups?

There should be six pickup wires at the igniter, 3-pairs, and they hopefully will be on their own connector. You can usually identify them because they will be thinner than the other wires to the igniter. Each pair should be around 300 to 500 ohms. (I'm assuming the pickups are similar to other KZ pickups from the era.) I'm not sure what the color combos will be for the pairs.
