Thanks Randombeat. I can definitely take a picture, but I'm absolutely sure the float needle was in the correct position. I went through the carbs one by one checking for a vacuum leaks and the third carb was the only one that had a vacuum leak. I then narrowed it down to the float seat that was not holding any pressure upon a testing.

Z1 Enterprises has the various O-rings to rebuild the carbs. I'd also get the O-rings for the pilot screws and floatbowls while you are ordering.
