ok fellow members i got 4 sets of carbs and need to know how to i.d. them....will post pics soon but what to do since i see no numbers on these???? oh yeah they are hopefully for the big kawa fours

Look for numbers stamped on the flange just below the choke handle or on the same flange on the outside of carb #4.

Agree the ribs do make them either vm22 or vm24 carbs that came stock on the kz650s. No ribs they are larger carbs. Here is a doc I created for help it IDing carbs.

Been a nice minute since progress was made. Thanks for all the info. Now these carbs soaked for a month and s half. Finally freely moving. Disassembly was a bleep. Only to have my cousin(unwanted roomie) let his kid play with and lose all 4 mixing screws........ Anybody got a solid lead on a set of them???
