Rs34 repair help

Snapped off non replaceable part help! Opened them up and noticed this was gone
79 kz1000 ltd all apart

That's a pressed in tube. You can carefully drill it up a size right below the ID on the hole and then collapse it in the bore to pull it out without damaging the hole. Finding one to replace it with is the problem. :pinch:

baught it of a really nice guy on here and he wouldnt do that to me, if it was like that he didnt know. i checked in the bowl but the other peice isnt there but whos to say some one didnt fool with it at my work. its no big deal just had a really rough year and i was excited to throw a few nickles at them to make progress. thats life. ill see if my 26s have one but thats a shame to rob parts off um.

No worries, that's cool. Contact Wired George to see if he can find that part on an old core he has laying in the bin.

Contact George, he may have a set for parts that he would sell you what you need. That alky will do a number on carbs when it's not purged between races.

its a part that was never available apparently, sent some pms so we will see. i took apart a few sets of carbs and no success finding one, wonder if i could make one or something....
