KZ750/KZ700A1 fuel tank was created by TheForumTroll
Got a damaged tank and so far have had no luck finding a replacement (I'm in Denmark/EU). It's not the LTD or the older Twin but the 700 from 1984 (same as the 750). See profile picture for image.

Those tanks are hard to come by. I think the 1982 GPz750 tank is the same.
Good luck in your hunt.

You'll probably have better luck looking on EB.UK or EB.Europe. The 750L fuel tank is probably the same.
Possible fitment: Z750P (GT750 Shaft). Its tank appears to have the same shape as the 700 & from the diagrams at Cmsnl.com, the GT750 has the same rear tank mounting bracket as the 700A & 750L.

GT750’s are common in the UK as couriers favoured the shaft

just make sure to check the rear tank mount. I have the same tank (mine is 82 GPz) and although I came across few tanks that look-a-like, the rear mount are different. I believe 82 GPz 750, 83-84 KZ 750-L (us guys in US didn't get 84 750 but Canada did) and 84 KZ 700 has the same tank. But beware. I did come across few on evilbay and seller claim it came from that year, but rear mount was different. If you're in doubt, have the seller send you the picture of tank rear mount.
BTW, What exactly, is wrong with your tank?
Just found this on Japan Yahoo but I'm not sure if you want to pay that much, and shipping is another problem. page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/h1051046849

Thank you all for the replies!
My tank has rust behind one of the badges (it is now leaking!) and I was lazy and would have bought another one until I can get this one fixed properly. As far as I know it is the original paint and at first I would have had it fixed but it will either lose some of the thing that is holding the badge or require someone with more knowledge/ higher prices than I can pay right now. I could of course just get it striped and repainted but if I could just order another tank for now and store it that would make me happier. Not the wisest route economically I know but in the long run I'd feel better about getting it fixed instead of repainted completely and getting stickers for badges.
Edit: Yahoo Japan is blocked in the EU...

Can you upload some pics of the rusted badge area. If you don´t have a problem to pay the shipping from Denmark to Germany, i will do the repair for free.
