The stock 2 into 1 system had a broken left baffle that fell out of the pipe while driving her home. This system is relatively cheap $, but good quality. New gaskets, mounting was straight forward. I like the collector, header, canister, center stand stop and sound. Now if the rain would stop...enjoy!

I talked to them a couple months ago about getting a set for my KZ1000 and taking them over to my chrome plating shop for hard core triple chrome dip....and was told the SS pipes would yellow and turn blue but there was nothing wrong with that.. it sounded like they were trying to make it a feature! LOL.
They look and sound very nice but I'm not a fan of the collector to pipe spring system.
Also, it sounds like you have one or more carbs out of sync...? It could just be the recording of course.

Nice bike and sharp looking and sounding pipe...... Gotta be honest I love my Vance and Hines but after 35 years its looking pretty rough up close and will consider one of these in the near future.

It does sound like the carbs are slightly out of sync. I'd like to see a pic of the case guards and how one won't fit. I'd modify it so it would. Cut it and weld it shorter, add a plate for the bolt or whatever. A little silver paint will hide the welds or have it rechromed. Nice bike.

There are two dimensional problems with the guard. The top of the bar bolt to down tubes with u clamps. No chnage there of course.

1. The Delkevic header is about 1.5" forward over stock.

2. The Delkevic header is also in a different bend than stock and routing the clutch cable in the holder is very tight on bolt sides of header pipe #2.

I mocked up and extension for lengthening the bottom arms of the bar that attach to the freme. I think welding should be a cpl bucks at a local shop.

Will look for clutch reroute options. Don't really want a longer cable and even with wire guard I don't want it sitting directly on the header pipe.

Thanks for the ideas. Probably have a full synch for carbs coming too. I have ridden it more in the last two weeks than PO did in 10 years. R

Have also been looking at the Delkevic pipes.
Thanks for posting this up.
Do give us an update sometime later on.

I bought my Kerker back in the '80s, and it was very quite compared to the open Yosh 4>1 I had before.
Now, there are some holes in the Kerker, and the rust is coming back.
Don't think she'll survive another sand blasting to remove the rust, last one opened a few holes.

Even with the baffle in I would not call this setup quiet. At idle it is pretty calm, but it does bark. Not as bad as the stock with a broken baffle. :)

Thanks for the video. I have really been wanting to get a 4-1 for my 750. I may have to pick one of these up rather than the Vance and Hines.
