The gauge was $200, and I love it. Cleans up the bike a lot, and it is easy to wire in.

Here is how she sits waiting for forks and a harness

very nice build. i have a 750 frankenframe stared as an 82 750 someone spliced with a later mono shock frame i have been contemplating on what to do with bike runs great i just dont like it lol
and cant get whats its worth out of it so i think you may have inspired me to see how it would look as a bobber.

keep up the good work i like your inspiration bike as well something about the fat tires and squatty stance that gives that wwII era muscle

Allot of guys on here have there old stem pressed into the ne triples instead of having a stem made Leon does allot of this.

Les is building me a set of triples for my 1000 not sure which route he is going leaving that upto the masters lol

keep the pic's coming

I pm'd Leon as I've seen he does a lot of that work. I'd like to get a set of triples to maintain the stock ride height, or maybe even drop it an inch or so. Time will tell.

Bought two new '06 ZX-6R wheels today for $350! I'm full of deals this year. Gonna wrap them with Continental ContiSport Attack 2 rubber. 120/70/17 and 160/60/17.

Seriously, $250 for a complete front end is a STEAL! Custom triples will set you back in the $6-700 range. I got mine in a low production run from another member here, and they were $650. Keep the pics coming!

Well in the process of waiting for most of my parts I'm touching up the little stuff. Painted the shocks and springs, then sanded down the top to reveal the Koni logo. I think it looks decent. I noticed then the swing arm looks ratty, so now I have to paint it lol. Endless process!

This is what keeps me going on my build ^^

Anyways, got my front end today in really good shape. Also got all my wire, so I can start on the harness :(

The triples are already on their way to Leon, so I can get these bad boys bolted on. I also bought the throttle, clutch controls off of a zx6r, and a master cylinder. I'm getting custom cables and stainless brake lines as well. Stay tuned.

EDIT!!!

After 4 hours of wiring, I have a duplicated harness :)

Well with the 3" reduction in tire size, and cranking back the slack adjuster I'm hoping the stock swingarm will be wide enough for the 160 tire. If not I will fabricate my own. I wanna keep the dual shock setup, maintains that classic look.
