Asking what you guys think would be a starting point for jetting a stock 1980 LTD 100 equipped with a Kerker 4in1 exhaust. Just purchased the bike along with a new Kerker.

If it has stock air box no jetting should be necessary. Why do you want to re-jet? Is the bike not running well? You Have to do all maintenance adjustments first before you can think about tuning. Valve lash, timing, compression test. Maybe the carbs just need a good cleaning. Check that you have a fully charged and in good condition battery. Aslo need to know you have 12.6 volt at the primary of the coils... lots to check before you try to tune.

This manual should be close enough to get you in the ball park

I have an '80 LTD. Right now it has a Z1 airbox and a 4/1 exhaust. I have a set of '76 carbs on it with stock jetting. It runs just fine.
I have several restored bikes along with a 2006 Goldwing with a sidecar. My wife has a 2019 Suzuki DR 650 for on and off road.
