11-1109 is the Progressive spring number if you get around to upgrading. I had them on my 440 for a couple years and they were a vast improvement over the old stock slinky. Next set will be linear springs and gold valve emulators though.

Faffi recommended a 1/4" hole in the dampening rods, however if I were to do it all again I would have tried it first without. Here's a comparison pic between stock and the 1/4":



With today's advanced fork oils there isn't any logical reason to run any type of ATF or motor oil. The attract moisture and are known to "froth". I would start with 10w or 15w and add a little extra if needed.

Good, I also found a new bottle of 15w fork oil in the "bucket of parts" that came with the bike so that's what I used. Got them mounted up last night along with the tapered steering bearing upgrade, already feels a lot better just jouncing the forks up and down, lol.

One less thing on the list.
