Maybe that's why you don't see them around. The CB 750 was a dog. Like riding a log in the turns, slow and break downs were costly. Honda lived on that design as long as they could. I'd be cruising on the FWY, one would come up then back off like the Hogs of today. They don't want any part of Bossie. :woohoo: The legend lives on. B)

Congrats Ed. I have to say part of the reason i kept my 650 nearly stock was because of your bike.

Rare rare rare to see a bike of that vintage still that pristine and ridden. While modded bikes are cool and fun to develop, I always love to see well looked after stockers that remind us where it all started.
Congrats!

If ED had just got the platinum Amex out and scoured the country trying to find the very best example he could it would be very impressive and well worthy of BoTM anyway, but keeping a bike that nice from new over nearly four decades is really quite exceptional. :)

I'm not a stock guy in the sense that I don't really care if my own bikes are stock or not as long as they're well maintained and perform flawlessly (which I care a lot about).

I do however thoroughly enjoy looking at any classic piece of machinery in original condition and have the utmost respect for those who have the skill, time and patience (not to mention money :( ) to bring a vehicle back to it's former glory, guys like GregZ and Mark (Pertonpc) spring to mind.

Still, nothing beats an all original, unrestored, unmolested and extremely well maintained classic motorcycle, as far as that goes they don't come much nicer than this. Congrats Ed, most deserved.
