I pretty much finished the exhaust, but still need to trim a tiny bit off the exhaust flanges and pack the muffler first before it can go back on. Exhaust cap came out pretty nice but i want to trim a little bit more off the lip.

You may want to be careful about posting pics of that exhaust. Otherwise you will be flooded with orders to build them for others because it really is beautiful! Ed

Wow! This build just keeps getting better.
If we ever meet, I will have to park on the next block and put a bag over my bike.

My thoughts exactly Ed! Would love to have a similair exhaust for the Z1/KZ. Or at least the megaphone and endcap that will slip over the Delkevic stainless steel headers. Similair in shape to the Kerker. Supurb work Doc! Keep it coming!

I definitely didn't make it easy on myself to pack the muffler with the kinks in the can. I bought a kit with stainless mesh, stainless mat, and fiberglass mat, its is in there very snugly. The perforated core isn't attached on either end but is wedged between the two ends, hopefully this will negate fatigue issues. I also finished the left passenger peg.
