No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationHey guys, needing a new starter motor for my 81 750LTD. I found this one:
on eBay, states it is for a 81-83 650SCR. On Partzilla, it is showing that my model & year should be fine with using a 650CSR motor. My starter says SM-224 and the one from the 650 is Sm-8208 and is also rated at a higher KW. I think the one in my 750 is a .5 and this one shows .6KW, not sure if that extra KW will make a difference. I think my actual motor for the starter is bad, brushes have a ton of life left on them and the springs are in great shape. Took it all apart, cleaned everything up and still doesn't really catch and doesn't seem it is turning the motor over very fast on a full on the charger battery. Thanks guys!
