Never tried. You can clean up yours but the condencers could be shot. I've used Ford condencers wired upline next to the cois to get by.

Thanks folks,gonna try new points and condenser before I try a new coil.Been thru a lot still getting rich plugs,havent been able to tune it all in.got some on the way from ebay. I filed on em a lot to get the pits out,now I don't trust em,OLJO

I don't use a file, I fold over a piece of 400 grit sand paper and work it back and forth between the closed set of points , then clean with acetone on heavy paper like a business card
