What is a cloch switch and what sort of button does your main fuse have?
We need some clarity and explanation before we can offer help.

Guessing. he replaced the clutch switch there at the clutch lever with some sort of button switch that now acts as the starter interlock. Now whenever he turns on the headlight while the button switch is turned ON, the main fuse blows. sometimes the fuse doesn't blow but the bike just looses power as if the battery is dead. or maybe none of that. ??? ... :)

Seems like a plausible translation, like you I still don't quite understand what is going on to cause a lack of power to some part if the ignition system and the blown fuse. Hopefully the OP will provide some clarity.

Here's a link to forum search of posts by Willy1803's, in some of which he identifies his bike as a 1977 KZ650-B.

Including information about bike year and model is helpful to viewers.
It's easy to put the information in your signature where it shows in all posted messages, past and future.
And the signature may be changed whenever and as often as desired.

If wanting a signature showing information about the bike in posted messages, it's easy to do.
Here's how:

Perhaps a short in the wiring or in a switch or in some other electrical component is causing the battery to fail.

With a good battery, there would be no power in the wiring beyond the blown fuse.

With a completely dead battery there would be no power anywhere in the wiring.

In either case, blown fuse and/or dead battery, there would be no power to the ignition.

Either of the following links should enable a download of a wiring diagram from KZr's FILEBASE:
