The solenoid on my bike fried itself a few weeks ago, so I bought a new one off of Ebay. Two weeks of light use later, and its also fried.

Is there any solenoid I can buy new that would work for my bike, instead of sketchy 30 year old components?

Thanks

There are new aftermarket starter solenoids available, but you'll have to figure out how good the fit would be.
Searching the oem part number on eebbaayy, there are quite a few listed there.
Z1Enterprises.com might have one.

I would check on why they are burning up. That a pretty durable part. Used should be fine. R
