hello people; I'm new. Anyone try one of those main harnesses that Z1 ent. sells (out of stock and no time frame when available) and others I've found on e-bay?
Since a stock harness could work for me is there alot of differences between a Z1 and a K1?
Would a Z1 harness be any simpler than a K1?

A non-stock wiring harness most likely won't be a direct swap unless the part numbers are identical.
if your K1 is an 80s 1000-Ltd, then a Z1 harness is probably quite a bit different.

hello people and hello martin csr; I see you are real good with wiring as I saw some of your posts in the elec. sec.
I also see a vendor sells a complete Z1 harness. If you where to use that with a K1 engine it should be good? I believe Z1 had points and other than that what could be different? I have a stock K1 harness for a IC igniter iggy and those have alot more wires and wiring for hazard lights. I'll be using a Dyna S . Maybe the gauge plug could be different also.
Any more words?
