I'm sticking with the washer or maybe someone cut the seat for the number two spark plug.

Here's how the plugs in the picture you provided compare to B8ES plugs (see image below). Notice they are not even remotely similar. Why not simply show us your plugs? Am I correct in assuming that you really are not looking for help? I ask because if you actually are looking for help you need to give us real information. Folks keep saying "huh" because your postings are so poorly worded and punctuated that it is very difficult to decipher what you are asking. Ed

take the plug out while the piston is at TDC and look in the hole with a light and look for ant damage to the top of piston. sounds like the piston is touching the plug

I mean piston one two are clean not much carbon think it could be my coils or piston rings lined up cause 3 and 4 perfect carbon build up

Well number two wasn't firing due to the gap being closed. As for the rest I could be a number of things (carburetors, ignition, rings even was it on the center stand or side stand when ran). Going back to the plug what does the inside of the head look like with the plugs in?

I'll take pic when get home but first thing gonna do is see if I can get a needle between cylinder wall and ring to find were the gap is their new rings and had it honned Mabey they shifted and lining up also had some oil on the headgasket Mabey was creating a leak between one and two find out soon

I notice you're all over the map with your 'problem', first it's a damaged plug now you're talking about why there's no carbon build up on the piston and if the rings are lined up properly.

Do us all a favor, take a step back, post your 'problems' in a clear thought out manner and we might be able to help you better.

Here's the thing, we're not standing over the bike, you are, everything we suggest is a educated guess based on the info you provide.

My mistake plug was closed so I made a Web of possible problems... Going on one earlier post guy said look in the spark plug hole see if the piston was hitting it.. Strange thing was their was oil in the cylinder and on the piston couldn't tell... So I removed the head to check if indeed was hitting the piston it was not no marks on the piston or valves...So from the oil on the piston I came to think.. Might be blowby oil getting past rings wasn't the problem....So basically the bad spark plug helped me find a problem which could of damage my engine badly if I didn't take care of it.. Tried different spark plug and was fine didn't close...So from here only thing I can think of is new plugs wires and coil packs cause ones I have are original...I don't mean to go off subject...

Koloj, the very last thing you want to do if pull the head off an engine. That being said, you mentioned the engine was re-built, was the work done by you?

I'm stressed reading your post, primarily for the reason that your bike needs to be safe to ride. Fixing engine problems is part of owning a good old bike, however it's best to test and fix one thing at a time. Otherwise you will never understand what is causing the problem.

Using the correct spark plugs, testing coils and wires is an easy job. If that isn't the problem then I would move to the next thing.

If there is something hitting the spark plug, making it close, then you have a serious engine problem. I'm hoping you have a spark plug that is too long in the #2.

Take the spark plug out of #1 and switch it with #2. If the problem happens on #1 then you know it's the plug.

Oh wait, I forgot you took the engine apart!!!!!

since you have the head off, have you looked at the plugs while they are in the head to see if 1 is father in then the others?
