If its not too much of a hassle, I would love it if you could make me one! or Repost one I missed if there is one already.

Im running a 76 KZ750B Twin.

I want it kick only, headlight on all the time, no gauges, no idiot lights, no signals, as bare as it can get and still run.

Ive had a problem with my main fuse since I got the bike, and have replaced the whole charging system, I give up on finding the short, so I am just going to make my own harness as bare bones as possible.

If it is easier, I wouldn't mind ditching the key ignition for a simple toggle switch.

Thanks!

Justin

No prob. You can use a small scooter battery if you want to reduce the battery size. I've used the battery from a Honda Spree, 50cc scooter. You can get them at some auto parts stores.

1983 KZ750 K1, KZ750K1, twin.

I don't have a U.S. K1 diagram, so this one is based on a West German diagram.

Hey Loudhvx, I got a tricky one for you if you want the challenge. I could use one for the '66 A1 Samurai ;)
Southern Maryland, USA

1980 KZ250 LTD (traded, but still missed)
1982 KZ750 E3 (Cafe Project) (Dyna-S, Dyna Coils, V&H 4-1, K&N Pods, 6 Sigma Jet Kit, Acewell Computer, Woodcraft Clip-ons, Custom Rewire)
1966 A1 Samurai (Restoration Project)

Wish List:
KZ1000 P (For a "touring" bike)
Z1 (need I...

Yeah, that's a tough one. I haven't been able to locate a diagram for that, yet.

That's my issue too! The manual I have has individual wiring diagrams for specific circuits (charging system, ignition, etc), but not one with everything. I like the ones that show it all...it's easier for me that way, and I really don't like having to flip through different pages to find what I'm looking for. I can wing it, if you can't locate one for me (don't drive yourself crazy looking for it lol), but just thought it was worth a shot.
