Go to your local hardware and get 1/4" nylon bolts and sleeves to replace the original metal ones on the contact ends of the coils. You may have to cut the sleeves to the right lengeh. They work well and seem to hold up to the heat under the tank. At least, mine have for a couple riding seasons.
Ride safe.
78 650-C2, Stock engine, Jardine 4-2 Exh., 17-38 sprockets, dyna ignition and coils, coil wiring mod, carb mod.

well good news, went for an hour plus ride after work on the highway at 60+ mph, and guess what??????? NO BLOWN FUSES:) :P :) :P :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:
