Got some leaking float valves but just about every place I look is out because they're obsolete. Does anyone know if there is an equivalent to the oem 16030-1018 float valve and seat? Like the 82 750 r1 float valve and seat?

Found that one, only has 3 needing another. Plus almost 200 for float valves is crazy when the mentioned 750s are easily half that. Thanks for the help though

The N149.040-X.X type is typically used in Mikuni CV type carbs. The X.X references the seat size. According to the parts fishe the 650 uses a 2.3 seat size and the 750R1 uses a 2.5. Interestingly, the GS1000 Suzuki uses a 2.0. I suspect it doesn't matter that much which you use since even the 2.0 will flow plenty of fuel for the engine.

You can get these parts from Jets R Us or Amazon. www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=sear...ld-keywords=N149.040

Have you examined the float valves yet or is it just that the carburetors are leaking fuel?
Often times, the brass parts are fine, but the carburetors & fuel tank need cleaning.

I bought a set of 4 from Z1Enterprises, and the price seemed reasonable, but that was 10 years ago. 1982 KZ650 CSR with Mikuni CV-32 carbs.
