Maybe I missed it but one of the top recommendations on here is oiling up the advancer and by the rust in the picture of it thinking you should add this to your list. ;)
1978 KZ650 b-2
700cc Wiseco kit 10 to 1.
1980 KZ750 cam, ape springs, stock clutch/ Barnett springs.
Vance and Hines Header w/ comp baffle and Ape pods, Dyna S and green coils, copper wires.

Have you tried the water test on the exhaust to make sure you are running on 4 cylinders? The water should dance off of each pipe the same way.

yes i try ,all pipe are hot and then the engine is worm its boils and dance away . but i think maybe the spark is weak and is not good . tomorrow i will try to mace video of water ;)

Also, what is the needle clip setting?
Have you tried to open throttle while removing choke (both very slowly so it doesn't die)?

Even if the advancer was stuck at F, it should be able to get to 2000 RPM.

yes i try this its hols just a little. open throttle while removing choke.
no i do not no needle clip settings , because it was cleaning the other person.
i tested my spark plug is only 2 of 4 is working nice rest vas badly but i got red spark not blue:( video
and i tested cylinder 1 and 2 for spark.

iam so sad and pist on my z550 its do not want to work so i tace away air box again and start to order drill bit for drilling the pilot jet and main jet.
i copy from forum this :
I would go from 32 idle jet to 37 idle jet.
Get adjustable needles and set them to 3rd or 4th clip from the top, and I'd start with 100 or 102 mains.

ok if i drill the pilot jet 37 , main jet at 99.1 and needles if adjust can my be adjust?

That is the factory setting on the factory needle, so it seems original.

I doubt you should start messing with jetting. It is not time to do that yet. Ignition seems more urgent.
I did not see the water test on the video.

hi i have no time to mace video , i just tace off ignition coils and tested the wires its resistance 4.72 om but how to test ignition coil using multimeter? on coil is + and -

and ho to test ignition pickup coil .i will try tomorrow to mace video of water test
if u can give pictures and readings of what i need to see in multimeter.

It's water test 4 cilinder do not working . ;(

I swap spark plug I test resistor on ignition coils it's same but don't work.
