When my 80' 750 4 head started seeping on the right side I poured a 12 oz. bottle of CRC Enginseal in the oil not expecting much. The result was immediate and dramatic - the seepage stopped immediately!! i don't have much faith in these bottle cures but this one was a pleasant surprise.

While rebuilding my 750E engine I replaced those bolts with brand new OEM parts. My torque wrench is a high end dial type that just came back from calibration. When tightening those bolts they would start to stretch before reaching the torque requirement in the manual so I just stopped tightening before they broke. Kawasaki went through a lot of trouble to make those bolts so I'm trusting they know what's best.
