They've always been good for me too, until the sidewall cracking issue that Nessisim mentioned that happened to me with less than 3000 miles, i'd rather pay a few dollars x-tra & stay with the Pirelli's , just as good , if not better

i do recall some lite checking not quite to what i would call cracking but they was needing replaced anyway.

So i decided to try a set . So i bought two sets . One for the wife's bike and one for the youngest boys gpz . We are heading to bike week in laconia N.H. next week .for a week in the mountains . My oldest Rides a ZRX my second youngest who lives in Texas hes riding my zx 7 and the youngest plus girlfriends and a few friends .. Will let you know how the tires are and how they hold up . The ZX7 got the Dunlop Q 4 s and the turbo got a rebuilt turbo and new clutch dampers so she will have to wait .

And we all know every thread needs some pics .

UPS dropped these off today. I have have three z1's all fitted with shinko 712's and this set is for the kz1000. I have no complaints with them . One set has about 4k miles and still look new.

Heading out tomorrow Be going for a week in the mountains . Will let you guys know how they like them . Anybody going to bike week in laconia ? Don't see to many old kawi"s up there any more .
