Wow. That's an amazing machine I've never seen before. Love it!!! 
The Magnum and F1 frame kits came from "Harris performance" in the UK mainly 70's to 90's. The frame is ultra light Reynolds tubing all joints are brazed. (My frame weighed about the same as the removable down tube from a 1200 bandit 
)  Imagine how radical this looked on the street back in the 70's
