I've ordered several items from PMC through Jeff at Z1E and have been very happy with the products. They have some awesome stuff there! I really wanted to buy the MKII seat they have but it has been listed as "be zealously producing it" all summer. Jeff said that the manufacturer doesn't make them anymore (Doremi). :( Definitely a nice site to go to and dream...

Careful with the PMC site!B)

I tried to sell a customer what I thought was a complete body kit (tank, fairing, front and rear fenders, and side covers) for the 1000R for $945.00. What a steal! Couldn't figure out why we weren't sellin' the snot out of these!:cheer:

OOOPS! It's a freakin' paint service - send all your bodywork to japan and they paint it for you and ship it back. Too bad shipping is the equivalent to 1/3rd of our national defecit!:woohoo:

Oh well...live and learn.

Yes, their translations are pretty high on the giggle scale. I mean, yes, the words are english but they transform into fluent gibberish when you string all of them together!

Here's an example: "Z1000H type of injection specification. Popular color to show bodyline of FX/Mk? to simplicity or more and straight line. When the reception desk fender also does the paint to similar 1000H, it is \7,350 improvement."

:S Huh? Their reception desk does the painting?!

Order away! Don't get impatient though. We order, on average, monthly due to the astronomical shipping charges. So don't be surprised if we take four weeks or more to deliver the 'candy'!

www.win-pmc.com make sure to translate!

lol I've noticed that "reception desk" means "front"! How funny it is when computers translate language. They do it literally and ignore the true meaning. Just order through Jeff and he'll figure all that out for you.

Actually, US$945.00 is not a bad price for a decent ELR repaint, considering all the bodywork...shipping, as Bakes mentioned, is the deal killer.

PMC = Performance Motorcycle Creative.......... I wonder if the English translation to Jap is just as funny. :) The 94,500 yen I was asking about was for the paint service and not new body parts? Maybe if I hit the lottery

Wow, what an accumulation of parts.

How about those KYB fork set ups? Or all the AP brake set ups? Talk about really cool.

Can he really get all this stuff??

You can get AP Racing stuff through their US distributor:

www.gptechllc.com/index.html

but, you'll have to fabricate your own bracket, etc. Not a nice package like PMC. Had I known about those, I might've gone via PMC instead.

Ooh! Ooh! Ooh!

Check out these cool frame sliders:

I notice they also still list the weld-in frame strengthening kit.

Might have to ask about that as well. There's nothing on the PMC website to indicate the kit has been discontinued, and I read it in Japanese.

I have a set of stainless, braided, short handle bar, clutch and 2 throttle cables. Came from Japan. They are for my KZ 900 Pro-Street bike project. They did not have any english writing on the package.

They are sweet. Go with my homemade dual brake lines. I made them with Harley stuff. they have 10mm banjo fittings too, on the new bikes.
