I'm from indiana. I'm 20. I have a kaw. I'm doing some "minor mods" on. Thought i'd share with people that appreciate these jewels. 1977 kz650 c1. Picked up for $500 about 3 months ago.

first edition

forks needed upgrade

that's where i'm at with project "stella"
This is my 1985 fj1100 streetfighter
traded my first car for this diamond. Had wiring gremlins. No prob.

that wasn't floating my boat so i had to redesign.

this is where i'm at with "FJX The Punshier"

cheers,
justin

Yeah, I got turbo on da brain too, but am afraid of going too far and sacrificing reliability... We'll see. If I get another bike that I can rely on to ride whenever the KZ is down, I just might go for it!

the 16" front wheel makes the stance dive but it's just a mock up. I have a 17" and taller profile tire on it's way.

it's the stock tail cut down, and the seat is a fiberglass pan i made then shoved leftover foam and old vinyl stretched over. I'm going to cover it with a "worn" leather look

something like this

i bent it the other day and got a new one. Then today i was diggin thru the scrap bin and found this!

it fit perfectly i snubbed off the end and tacked 'er up :D

TOO bad it gets covered up by the tail:pinch:

i may stamp the KAWASAKI logo onto a wrench and do something nifty on the bike

i also want to do my license plate bracket out of some wrenches.

the kick start would be neat if it was a giant wrench or ratchet:evil:
