Battery Box & solenoid mount

Backside of battery box, goal is to keep it clean and hide as much of the electronics as possible.

Key switch mounted



Front suspension lowered, time for tear down




Everything is going to powdercoat, exhaust ceramic coating, cadium plating of small parts, aluminum buffing, chrome plating and a killer custom paint job.

Your metal work skills are impressive! did you do it yourself? I wish I could do that. Great work so far, can't wait to see it painted and powdercoated!

I bet he does his own metal work. I see a mini english wheel in one of his pictures.

Looks good. That little bike was so complete that I would have been tempted to just ride it.

absolute beauty... Very impressive if you did all the metal work yourself. The beginning to almost finished is night and day.

Cant wait to see what the paint scheme will be..

Parts are back from Zinc Coating These are almost too shiny.





The wheels have a slight metalic dust. Only will be visible in direct sunlight.



Fork legs shaved and gloss black powder coated.



Ceramic bake on the exhaust. They came out way nice.
