Darn, OMR... it just gets better'er and better'er and better'er. :woohoo:
Love the colour matching on the raised CR carb markings... strictly top-drawer all the way. Well done.
Best of success,
Bill
PS
Does anyone else have a growing dislike for rides who do not live in the snow-belt?

Actually, potential contact with front tire or fender should be considered when mounting any oil cooler.
Bike looks magnificent.
Also liking the front master cylinder and bar-end mirrors.
Good Fortune!
The Earl motorcycle design is curved back to fit under a frame/neck area.... The unit is rateher small in height and thickness in design for a 10 row cooler...
Curved forward would catch wind like a sail but also pending fork widths, Neck rake/angles etc... may decrease your turn radius pending installed locations...
AZ Emissions... Yearly requirement here...

But seriously, looking sweet! Are you still glad you went with the double headlight look vs a single?

Looking excellent! I've been considering a front master cylinder update myself....what are you guys running for a clutch lever? I'd still like the levers to match if possible.

Cooler location... Yup, fabbed it high, no issues to front tire clearance... Receives direct air between the wide forks...
Air also deflects onto header pipes thus increased cooling effects.... As previously mentioned, I believe this to be the main reason of why such a drastic change in header temp measurement after a run....
ZX-636 Master @ $70.... 6 position selector knob. Master cylinder bleed nipple as well... Easy to bleed dual calipers on this puppy.... I wired in the under cylinder switch for brake lights as well.... Nice....
I like a tight braking system so set at # 1... ~ 3/16 to 1/4" pull and she's already starting to bite (brakes).
Matching Clutch Perch complete with lever... $20...
Score....
Got them from the bike salvage yard where I picked up all the other ZX goodies... They know when I ask for something in particular, I don't mind paying a little extra for the good shit (not trashed, scratched, beat to crap) stashed behind the counter and not the sun baked crap out in the yard.... Both controls are seemingly brand new....
As for the Dualies... Not disappointing at all... I like the way it fits the theme of this build. Plus being at 6" each, they're not those small little girly lights....
I have sealed beams installed, cheaper then H4 bulbs. 2 x 6" sealed cheaper then one H4.... With the Vdc I'm obtaining, more then bright enough.
I have one light one for low beam, both on for high selection. This way I always have a spare if required....
With the new rect/reg combo... 14.7 no lights, 14.5 with both on so all the electrical/connections/voltage drops is to spec...
